Throughout the day staff were amicable and attentive. I had the executive king room which was quiet and impressive in good condition. A seating area, ironing facilities and a study table were appreciated.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and made the check-in process convenient. They were courteous and provided assistance whenever I needed it. the hotel's location was easy to find and was conveniently located on my route north to James Bay. The fact that parking was visible from my room was also a plus.

One thing that I disliked about this hotel was the condition of the rooms. Some of the rooms were not in good condition, with plumbing issues and unclean bedsheets.
